MERGERS and ACQUISITIONS FORUM

Many accounting firms are seeking growth strategies as well as exit strategies. The Mergers and Acquisitions area of the National Network of Accountants Resource Center is designed to provide firms with an area for posting information about their firm's desire to merge, partner, or form alliances with or acquire other accounting firms. The National Network of Accountants desires to assist firms in facilitating these efforts. In addition, we have staff members and affiliated consultants who specialize in mergers and acquisitions, as well as business (practice) valuation. EMPLOYMENT FORUM

Because accounting firms have special needs in terms of accounting and professional staffing, the National Network of Accountants has created the Employment Forum. In this area, firms are encouraged to post job openings and staffing requirements. We encourage firms seeking employees to utilize this service. The staff of the National Network of Accountants regularly develops relationships with other online employment organizations to direct individuals seeking employment to review the listings in this area. We also regularly seek accountants and other professionals with experience working in the accounting profession to post their resumes and information here as well. It is our desire to create a database that will assist firms in meeting staffing needs, allowing qualified individuals and accountants to find positions with the firms that are part of the network.
