MISSION STATEMENT

To develop mutually beneficial relationships with accounting firms that will enhance their ability to professionally meet both their own goals and objectives and those of their clients.

ABOUT THE NATIONAL NETWORK OF ACCOUNTANTS

The National Network of Accountants provides practice development and support programs for accountants and firms. Founded in 1992, the National Network of Accountants offers hands-on comprehensive training, marketing, financial planning, peer support and special events designed to prepare accountants and their firms to compete successfully and grow in the new marketplace of the 21st century. Headquartered at the Financial Center at Woodbury, New York, the National Network of Accountants (NNA) has expanded nationally over the past several years and is presently offering its comprehensive programs to accountants and firms in major metropolitan areas across the country.

THE UNIQUENESS OF THE NATIONAL NETWORK OF ACCOUNTANTS

The National Network of Accountants (NNA) is a unique organization that services the accounting industry. The NNA is not an investment company or an insurance company. The National Network of Accountants (NNA) seeks to provide accountants and their firms with a full package of solutions that is much more than simply working with accountants to get them licensed to sell products.

Developed by a CPA and CFP, it is the goal of the NNA to assist each accountant and firm in developing a professional financial planning profit center, which will positively impact each firm's bottom line. Whether the firm is a single individual or firm with 100-plus professionals, the National Network of Accountants offers the services needed to succeed. The NNA's uniqueness lies in its commitment to the policy that no individual or firm will be licensed without first attending its practical skills seminar (for additional information about this important area go to the Events section of this website) and completing a subsequent business development session. The NNA believes that providing financial planning services is a professional endeavor and that it should not be approached and brought down to the level of simply selling a product.

A Lou Harris Poll conducted in the late 1980s, and subsequent polls conducted during the 1990s, show that the Certified Public Accountant is the public's most trusted professional. This is true because of the CPA's and accountant's objectivity and the belief that CPAs place the interest of their clients first when giving advice and making recommendations. The National Network of Accountants' program is designed around this premise. The principles that made the accountant the public's most respected professional must apply to financial planning services as well. For this reason the National Network of Accountants has become "The Preferred Provider to the Most Trusted ProviderTM" for thousands of accountants and firms. We have truly entered a new era in the accounting profession and the NNA's unique approach, designed specifically for accountants seeking to offer financial planning services, is the proven pathway to success in this area in the new millennium.

WHY DO ACCOUNTANTS BECOME PART OF THE NATIONAL NETWORK OF ACCOUNTANTS?

It's simple! The NNA has proved over the years that it gets results. Firms belonging to the NNA are currently expanding both their accounting practices and financial planning practices. Being part of the National Network of Accountants is more than simply belonging to a professional organization. The National Network of Accountants offers a unique program for accountants and accounting firms seeking to provide comprehensive financial planning services.

The NNA's proven program is much more comprehensive and personalized than any other program offered to accountants. In fact, by becoming part of the National Network of Accountants, an accountant or firm will be gaining a support staff and team of professionals whose mission is to assist each accounting firm's practice to grow through the enhanced services that the NNA offers. In addition to practice growth, the National Network of Accountants seeks to provide individual accountants with all the necessary skills, knowledge and training to help them prosper and adapt to the changing marketplace for services.
